Q: When does my product ship?
A: Our products, usually, ship in 3-5 business days.
Q: What if I want a different fragrance than listed on the website?
A: If there is a fragrance you are interested in that is not listed, contact us. We have access to over 350 scents. If a scent is chosen that is not listed, it will take an additional 7-10 business days before it is shipped due to the fact that the fragrance would not be in stock and have to be ordered.
Q: How do the wax dipped bears come shipped?
A: The Air Freshener Bears come packaged in a cellophane bag with a bow.
